FORESEE Toolkit User Manual

The FORESEE Response, Mitigation and Adaptation Toolkit offers a comprehensive approach towards critical infrastructure and introduces a validated, evidence-based method to support infrastructure assessment throughout its full lifecycle.

FORESEE’s Toolkit has the opportunity to become an asserted guide towards resilient infrastructure and best practice approach adopted by Road and Rail-Related Organisations, Infrastructure providers/owners/managers, Municipalities and Urban Planners. It could also be used by Insurance Companies and Actuaries for premium assessments, and ultimately contribute to resilient infrastructure standardisation across Europe.

Tools

A lack of reliable data, investment in resources and sharing of best practices in the critical infrastructure sector have resulted in inefficient critical infrastructure resilience schemes. The FORESEE project aims to address these challenges by generating innovative technologies that demonstrate the benefits of enhanced resilience schemes. Throughout its lifespan, FORESEE has produced a variety of innovative tools that will support transport and infrastructure stakeholders in the development of a more resilient sector. The outcomes of the project are intended to have far reaching impact, positioning the FORESEE project as a solution Made in Europe for the world.
